These Terms of Use, in conjunction with our Privacy Notice and any additional guidelines, terms, procedures, or rules applicable to specific features of the Services owned or operated by Les Vintage.ologistes, a publication of Les Vintage.ologistes, LLC, or its affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our” or “Les Vintage.ologistes”), constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” and “yourself”) and Les Vintage.ologistes (the “Agreement”). This Agreement outlines the terms governing your access to and use of the Services. It is applicable solely to Les Vintage.ologistes and its affiliates, excluding other entities, including third parties advertising or sponsoring content, products, or services on the Services or any third-party platforms (e.g., social media platforms, app stores) used to access the Services or any Content (as defined below). The Services and Content are provided for general information, discussion, and entertainment purposes. The term “Content” includes information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts, articles, comments, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features available through or in connection with the Services.
We do not make representations or guarantees about any aspect of the Services and Content, and we do not endorse opinions expressed by users. The Services and all Content are provided “as is,” and your use or reliance on them is at your own risk. We hold no liability to you for the consequences of using or relying on the Services or any Content.
Accuracy of Your Information & Communication Methods
Information submitted through the Services, including during account creation, registration, or membership, must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or deny access to the Services if we believe your information is not truthful, accurate, or current.
Communication relating to your use of the Services (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password changes, payment method changes, confirmation messages, notices) may be sent to you electronically, such as via emails to the address provided during registration. You agree that electronically sent notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications satisfy legal communication requirements.
Age Eligibility and Legal Capacity
The Services are not intended for use by children, especially those under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not access or use the Services or provide information to us.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement and fulfill its obligations. If you are a minor and not of an age to enter contracts in your state, you must review this Agreement with your parent or guardian before using the Services. If your parent or guardian disagrees with the Agreement as applied to you, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
Username, Password, and Other Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other credentials (“Credentials”) used to access the Services. We are not responsible for any misuse of your Credentials by third parties, authorized or not. Notify Les Vintage.ologistes immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Credentials or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your Credentials or failure to comply with this Agreement.
Intellectual and Other Proprietary Rights
Accessing and using the Services and Content is permitted for personal and noncommercial purposes only, subject to the following restrictions:
- The Services include Content derived from Les Vintage.ologistes, Les Vintage.ologistes’s licensors, or third parties. Les Vintage.ologistes owns all rights, title, and interest in the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, patents, and all other intellectual and proprietary rights worldwide associated with the Services and Content.
- Your access to the Services is limited to authorized viewing, downloading, and accessing of the Services and Content. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in intellectual and proprietary property rights, the Services, or Content, except for the limited rights expressly granted herein.
- You may not remove, alter, interfere with, or circumvent copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Services or Content, or any digital rights management mechanisms.
- You may not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services or Content.
- You may not copy, download, stream, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, perform, display, sell, transmit, or retransmit the Services or Content without Les Vintage.ologistes’s express written permission.
- You may not incorporate the Services or Content into any hardware or software application, stream, or retransmit the Services or Content via frames or in-line links. You may not use any tools to access, acquire, copy, monitor, scrape, or aggregate the Services, Content, or any portion thereof.
- You may not build a business, resell, redistribute, recirculate, or make any other commercial use of the Services or Content, for profit or otherwise.
- Any future release, update, or addition to the Services or Content is subject to this Agreement.
If you provide Feedback to Les Vintage.ologistes, you assign all rights to the Feedback and agree that Les Vintage.ologistes can use it in any manner. Les Vintage.ologistes may treat Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
User Content
“User Content” refers to information and content submitted to or used with the Services (e.g., photos, audio, video, messages, text). You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you grant Les Vintage.ologistes an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and prepare derivative works of your User Content for any lawful purpose. You waive moral rights or attribution claims.
Les Vintage.ologistes is not responsible for User Content and makes no guarantees about its accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of User Content. Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them, and Les Vintage.ologistes is not responsible for any disputes. Les Vintage.ologistes may remove or modify any User Content without notice.
